A formerly private residence wrapped in cypress and lemon. The Palazzo prizes anonymity: no signage, separate entrance, private courtyard pool. A house, not a hotel.

Verenza Alpina
Slope-side chalets in the Dolomites.
Fifty minutes from the estate by helicopter, twelve chalets stand at 1,840 metres. Ski to your door in winter; hike from your terrace in summer. Each chalet sleeps four to ten.

Villa Lucenta

Twelve suites, two pools, a private chef and a staff of twenty-eight. Reserved exclusively for buyouts: weddings, milestone birthdays, and the occasional corporate retreat that does not wish to be seen.
